Photoshop Workshop 4

Half in Colour and half of the picture in Black and White.

This was my starting image.

 To make a picture some colour and some in black and white duplicate the layer to begin.

Then, make the new layer black and white. Your image should now look like this.

Then select the rubber and rub out where you want colour to come through.

Doing this will give this effect.
